Design is everywhere \u2013 in the objects we use, the interfaces we click, and the experiences we live. For this 2025 edition of the Foire du Valais, PRISM spotlighted design through a focused session on industrial design and interface design, right at the heart of the Espace Innoth\u00e8que. <\/p>

The event followed directly after the Rendez-vous de la Culture, a key moment for stakeholders in Valais\u2019 creative and cultural industries \u2013 a perfect opportunity to extend the dialogue and explore new forms of collaboration. <\/p>

Participants discovered two very different yet equally design-driven projects: Wawido, an intelligent wine bottle dispenser (presented by Alexandre Rossier and Gr\u00e9goire Locher), and a sample collection robot (presented by Christian Vouillamoz).<\/p>

<\/p>

What\u2019s the main takeaway from this gathering?<\/strong><\/p>

Design isn\u2019t the finishing touch \u2013 it\u2019s a strategic tool.
When engineers and designers collaborate from the start, the results speak for themselves:

\u2013 more functional products
\u2013 refined aesthetics
